Additional Sponsorship Opportunities

Additional possibilities of promoting your company and your products are offered through sponsoring of different options related to the Conference. We are sure that you will be able to find an item on the list to fit your specific company’s interest and budget. Of course we also welcome your own suggestions.

1 Satellite Symposium: 15.000€ + 21% VAT

Organized by the Sponsor, the Symposium will take place on site at the congress venue, and will be included in the Congress program. The program should receive the endorsement of the Organizing Committee. The duration is of one hour and a half for the afternoon and one hour for the morning session.
The price includes the following services:

  • The meeting room at the congress venue.
  • Standard audio-visual equipment (LCD projector, microphones and screen).
  • Access to the speakers preview room.
  • Name of the organizer in the program as sponsor of the symposium.
  • Sponsorship acknowledgements at the congress website with a link to the sponsor’s homepage.
  • Publishing of the symposium title, schedule and program in the congress final program.
  • The symposium organizer may produce invitation cards related to its symposium (but should send them for proof-reading to the Congress Organizers).
  • Company insert in the delegate bag (1 item) (in case a bag is provided)
  • Sponsors may publish their own program, abstracts and proceedings.
  • Free entrance to the lectures (main congress) for 4 people.
  • Invitation to the Welcome Reception for 4 people
  • List of pre-registered delegates 3 weeks before the opening.

Important:

  • All the expenses related to the symposium speakers have to be covered by the Satellite Symposium Organizers.
  • All visitors, organizational staff, speakers etc. to the satellite symposium must be registered for the main congress as well.

Social Events and catering at the venue

2. Welcome Reception: 12.000 € + 21% VAT

All Delegates and Exhibitors are invited to this Welcome Reception, which will be held in the Exhibition area. The sponsor logo will be displayed in the welcome reception area.

3. Closing Dinner: 15.000€ + 21% VAT

Closing Dinner is open to all participants (i.e. delegates, accompanying persons, and exhibitors) at a minimal cost subsidized by Sponsor. Sponsor will receive full recognition on this event.

4. Coffe breaks : Rate per break: morning 3.000€ / afternoon 2.500€ + 21% VAT

All Delegates are entitled to this. Sponsor Logo will be placed in all coffee break stations.

5. Lunch at the venue: 8.000€ + 21% VAT

The lunch will be served daily in the exhibition area. Sponsor logo will be placed on the lunch buffets.

Products and Services

6. Congress Bag: 10.000€ + 21% VAT

Exclusive sponsorship of the Congress bags. Your name will be displayed discreetly on each bag. You are entitled to include one piece of promotional literature in the Congress bag.
(Type, size and colour of the bags as well as position and size of the logo will be at the organizer discretion)

7. Insert in the conference bag: 1.500€+ 21% VAT (one item)

The flyer could be the text only promoting activities on your exhibition stand or it may be an existing corporate flyer including information about your services or products

8. Lanyard for the badges: 5.000€+ 21% VAT

The sponsor name and logo will be displayed on the name badge lanyards that will be distributed to all Congress participants.

9. Speaker’s Preparation Room: 8.000€ + 21% VAT

The sponsor name will be displayed in the presentation preview room.

10. Notepads and Pens: 4.000 € + 21% VAT

The sponsor name and logo will be printed on the notepads and pens, to be included in the Congress bag (costs are including manufacturing).

11. Advertisement in the Symposium Final Program:

  • Advertisement on outside back cover page: 2.500€ + 21% VAT
  • Advertisement on inside front or inside back cover page: 1.500€ + 21% VAT
  • Advertisement on inner full page: 1.000€ + 21% VAT

12. Signage: 15.000€ + 21% VAT

The sponsor logo will be included on the venue signage.
